IN THE WATER YOU BETTER SWIM
Swimming is my fear, my nightmare.
I feel a lot of anxiety knowing that I'm going to be in a -6 degrees water and have to travel 4km. Now the only way to relax is to learn. A good swim is paired with good breathing, followed by a movement full of amplitude.
In order to live up to my date and my goal, I decided to take a coach. And it is going crazy. In a few sessions, following the careful advices, I'm already developing an ease that allows me to stay calm in the water.
I can't wait to tell you more in a few weeks. Once in the water, it is better to remember one thing : a swimming pool is not the sea!
